German Vacation

- 1 ounce gold rum
- 1 ounce amaro
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1/2 ounce Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

- Add all ingredients except bitters to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a highball filled with crushed ice
- Dash bitters on top of more crushed ice
