Ingredients Link to heading

  • 1 ounce gold rum
  • 1 ounce amaro
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions Link to heading

  1. Add all ingredients except bitters to a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
  3. Strain into a highball filled with crushed ice
  4. Dash bitters on top of more crushed ice
